I love the Costco vanilla.
When I buy cinnamon though, I buy the "Mexican" and not the "Amercian" type. When taken as a supplement it did help my diabetes/glucose numbers (spoonful into a small cup of unsweetened applesauce was how I usually took it) and it is fine to cook with too.
