Can I use stabilizer in place of fusible interfacing?
I am making a play mat that goes with a stuffed princess doll set. It calls for fusible interfacing. I have some pellin 809 decor bond backing. Can I use that in place of the fusible interfacing? The play mat folds up with ties to close it.
