I'm hoping my latest quilting themed t-shirt comes today (should be here before Christmas), once again I ran out of bobbin thread and didn't find out until I had "stitched" an entire set of pieces. Thread had run out last inch of the last piece, turned over the set and sewed them all again to no avail. It's funny that I never really had problems with this with my vintage machines, it was just something I was aware of. Now that I've been sewing on the modern machine that actually stops when I'm out of thread I've slacked off.

I did use my new stock pot to make turkey stock and tamales.
