Last summer I went to a local Greek festival. We bought some cookies there, wish I could remember the very long Greek name for them! They were similar to a butterball, covered with powdered sugar, only flatter and much larger (like maybe 2"-3" diameter). They were absolutely delicious and melt-in-your-mouth fantastic.
Anybody know what they are called and (I hope) have a recipe?? I don't want to wait until next summer to eat another one LOL!
