Of course everything is available on the internet! Do you have any local stores for Indian ingredients? Usually can find that and rose water there. Same if you have any middle-eastern ethnic stores.

You might try some place like a nutrition store that has botanical essences. Probably would have to dilute that a bit (as in a drop or two in a bottle of water!) and specify that needs to be food grade. The grocery store I shop at usually doesn't carry it but basic McCormicks has several essences including Orange. I'd imagine Watkins has an Orange too. Perhaps you have a store that specializes in products for bakers?

In the Seattle area with our mixed heritages and recent immigrants, things that can be difficult to get in some places are just down the street for me. Is a great place to be a foodie!

But as a substitute -- you could use something like Triple Sec or other flavored orange liquor. Just have a light hand, you don't want to overpower should be light and not strong.
