I will make a short list of specific 2020 goals (not general goals) because it keeps me focused better. Like “lose 5 lbs” is realistic instead of “lose weight”. I will post my goals on back of bathroom cupboard door where I can read them every single day.

Actually, I make a list for the week with 3 goals every day (clean bathroom, wash kitchen windows, etc). I feel good xxxxing them off and if I fail to accomplish one of them, I note it on a future day, nobody’s come to arrest me yet. I had a concussion as a kid and for some reason a list is good for me, not the plan for everyone.
