Well to start with this thread had me jump up and put on a very simple recipe of Swedish meatballs. I mean really simple. I take pre-made meatballs from Gordon Foods (frozen), add a can of mushrooms, some onions and a can of mushroom soup. Put them all in the crock pot for a few hours and Wham... dinner. No fuss at all. Yummy and now for dinner tonight. Leftovers for dinner tomorrow.
