My vegan meatballs turned out amazing! The cost was about 1/3 of what I could buy in the store and much fresher too. Plus, I got rid of all of those little leftover dishes in my fridge. I put a couple of dozen in the freezer, so I can make quick meals with them later on. I also made patties for hamburgers and froze those too.
(I forgot to mention that I added a few pinches of homegrown Italian seasoning to my meatball mixture before I steamed them. I think that really added a lot to the flavor.)
