Thread Tie Off On a Juki TL 2010q
I am quilting my first quilt and have already discovered that between the arthritis in my hands and not so great eyesight, that knotting the ends of the thread and burying them in the batting is not a realistic option for me. However, I sure don't want my quilting efforts to literally unravel!
I am sewing with a walking foot, so reversing and then going forward is not an option (or is just a few backward stitches OK?)
However, the Juki has a needle up/down button. Would using this button to sew a few stitches in place be secure enough to keep the stitches from unraveling, or is there another method that would give me better security?
Thanks for the benefit of your experience!!
