I used a flannel sheet and folded over the top to make a pocket to put a curtain rod through. Used those plastic hangers that stick on the wall that can be removed without damaging paint (having a senior moment and can't remember the name of them). I just hang the rod on them. I can take it down if I need to wash it. Works really well-got the sheet on sale at Walmart.
