I looked and couldn't find anything either. She has another ruler which is a Handi square up and it states that it does not come with instructions. Perhaps there were none. It looks fairly easy to use. This is a YouTube video I found when I searched for Using a Square Up Ruler in Quilting. Regardless of which square up ruler you use, the instructions are fairly about the same.
