I was making a braid quilt this week trying to get my mojo back again....figured this was an easy pattern to do right? Was down to my second last strip and cut it at 6 inches instead of the required 7 inches. Grrr! Had to rummage through all my small scraps stash for just enough red and white pieces to add into the quilt to have the required number of blocks to finish. Not the smartest thing I've ever done....but it will all work out in the end...hopefully.
