This block is an 'image' as we see in EQ or similar programs, which doesn't show the seam allowances, even the outer one. However the cutting instructions do seem correct to me, but am going to try it myself. Thanks for this info. Great block.
Of course! I should have realized that, the block is the finished piece. Now I get that!! But if I follow their little diagram blocks showing what to make and how many of each, I'm not getting or seeing that 1/4" seam allowance. The problem seems to be in this diagram. When I stitch that together I'm getting the point right on the edge, there is no seam allowance to sew against the border. Am I just supposed to somehow know to put one there rather than following the picture?
