So, I fell in love with quilting and I bought a little Janome when I started out that has served me very well, and I've really just adored it. The only issue I have is that it doesn't do embroidery. Hubby said that I could upgrade my machine if I want (I know I know, he's amazing :)), but I'm really having trouble deciding what I want. Buying a new machine is like buying a car! So I pose the question, which machine is best? And/or where can I find a good site that explains the differences between them all? I will be using the machine (daily!) primarily for quilting/embroidery projects, and I'm not looking to start a business or anything in the near future. I'm trying to stay under 5K.
