I have it. It's a great quilting machine. Mine came with the quilters package and extension table. I won the thing in the FahShopHop a few years ago!  It sit unused for a long time because all I had to go by was the manual which isn't much help when you are learning how to use it for the first time. The one Brother dealer close by didn't have one of these, I didn't buy it from her either, so she kept putting me off. :x (her store went into bankruptcy this year)
Back to the machine. The bobbin was a little awkward for me to take out and insert at first but after doing it for awhile I don't have to look to do it. Just make sure the thread is over the thread cutter blade.
I had trouble with the threadcutter unthreading my needle but thanks to the help I got from knlsmith from this board I solved that problem. I'm still grinning to have that fixed.
I had the bobbin winder not engage and it was easy to take the top off the machine and I found the problem by sight. Forgot what it was but it was simple to fix. No problems with the stitch or tension. I don't use the auto threader. I have never figured it out. It's not like any I've used before.
It has a large throat area so it's easy to quilt big quilts on it.
One interesting thing. I took it to a free motion machine class. We had to share plug ins using extension reels. The machine would not sew, it would go very slow or not at all. I plugged it into a wall socket all it's own and it sewed perfect.
