It doesn't look like I have the book any more... but I seem to be missing several books that should be there so maybe I've moved it around. I'll have to look a bit before I give up, but about 5 years or so I gave away a bunch of them. Down to just one shelf from 3-4+.
Anyway, I do most definitely still have the ruler, it's in ok used shape, one small chunk off one corner. (looks square but apparently got dropped) I've never used it again as anything other than a straight edge, it's a nice size for a small ruler but I can let it go.

Amazon has the book for sale for cheap among the used options.
Still haven't found the book but looking at Amazon I had Pineapple Passion which is by the same authors/uses the same ruler but different book.
