Ok, I hope it's ok to summarize her video. She doesn't really cut her scraps.
She has one bin of 1.5" strips, one for 2.5" strips and another bin for random
strips that didn't make the cut for those other 2 bins.
Then she has bins for chunks sorted by color. Those are bigger than
charms and smaller than FQ's. Hope this helps.
