Thread Question
I am attempting to make my first bag with a zipper from a YouTube video. I bought a really stiff interfacing.
When I started quilting through the layers, my thread started fraying and breaking. My needle is the 110 size that I used to sew my jelly roll rug. Should I change needle? Get stronger thread? What kind of thread? Haven't heard of the threads mentioned here, only basic brands sold at walmart.
Anyway, I put it on the back burner till I get more info so that I don't get frustrated.
I know I'll get great advice, so thanks in advance!!
