Kona offers 101 pc charm packs in three different colour ways....Dusty, Bright and Pastel. So you end up with 303 different colours which has to be pretty close to a complete line.
Add the smaller "neutrals" charm pack and you might be able to finish out the "map".
I would think you'd have to have the Kona color card to label each, though. I wouldn't think they come labeled (or maybe the packaging is?)
