I know that pattern! My guild did that as a mystery quilt about 10 years ago. I did mine in red/white/blue. I gifted it but never took a photo. I like your quilt as finished without the ribbon border. It keeps the focus on the ribbons and stars.
I would love to know who came up with this design. I would love to give credit to whom it belongs to. I can't seem to find the website where I found the picture, so to find someone who made one is amazing. Thank you.
