What I do with my dressers is stuff each drawer into a pillow case, then the pillow cases go in a box.
I've done many moves myself and every single job I've ever had we've either moved completely or rearranged enough that we had to bring in movers.
When I moved to this house, each room was color coded. On the door to the room there was a layout of bed, dresser, couch whatever along with a big color tag. Boxes for that room were stacked up against a designated wall.
I think it was a semi-sincere offer that if I wanted work as an estimator/consultant, they would hire me!
