The machine has been sitting a very long time and not only dust and lint can grow but the parts can grind against each other. If this fails, considering everything you have tried already, I would consider taking it in for service. Be sure to tell the tech everything you have tried. Check your manual
before considering doing any oiling if it is electronic. I have the Sapphire 870Q and the manual says
no to the oiling.
If it were me, I would place some fabric or paper on the floor and carefully set my machine down on that, and then tip it upside down and move it side to side, if that needle tip is down in there some place, it might fall out or at least move it into a different part of the under carriage.
