We have been looking at a small development about 75 minutes west of us. You buy the lot, home is built for you but It’s an association so you don’t own the land. The association does and they maintain all the upkeep. Totally alien to us as I love to garden and so does hubby. But the arthritis in his hands is steadily getting worse and we think this might be the right step for our future.
