I love my cast iron pans. I used to have more, but they've disappeared over the years.
I should reinvest and get some other sizes. They're not that expensive to buy new. My favorite one that I still own is square, instead of round. It's great for burgers because those corners give just enough extra space for the patties. My other one is a round, 12" one that I've owned all of my life.
