I have lost 11 lbs. since this all started! I did sign up for WW but have let that go as I know the drill: vegetables and fruits with little else. I have been trying vegetarian recipes lately and find that helps me. I found quite a few on the WW website before I quit. Now I'm at a plateau so am trying to fast from 7 pm to 9 am every day.
