Recently started quilting. I've been given a quilt kit, it doesn't have a layout diagram for any of the pieces. Is there an app or short cut anyone can recommend or am.I better off drawing it all out on paper by hand first?

First of all let me say welcome to the QB from SE Michigan! If you could post any information on the quilt itself that would be great then we would be able to better help you out. I am working on a quilt right now that has many options for layouts and people have been great here helping me realize that I have more than a single option for the lay out. What a big help that has been. Folks are more than willing to help. This is a great group of people here with all kinds of expertise available. Quilters from brand new quilters to some that are profound in their abilities. The majority are somewhere in between. the important things is that everyone is willing to help. Join right in the fun!
