I like Martelli blades (
www.martellinotions.com). They're more expensive than Harbour Freight, but the quality is higher and much more reliable. This makes them the best deal for me.
I've also found good deals at Connecting Threads (
www.connectingthreads.com) when blades are on sale.
Both of these sources have 28 mm and 60 mm blades available.
