So I did it in new colors. I love this one.
I love the colours you chose for the coordinated blocks. this is going to make a great quilt!!!! I like the first Jan block too. YOur work sure doesn't look like a beginner to me!

I found the directions to this block to be very difficult. I'm a real visual person (and did I mention I'm a beginner???) so I had some issues. Once I figured it out I was fine. Along with the tutorial for the Jan block that was posted (thank you!).

I'm also posting a picture of the 2 blocks together.
