You'd probably be better off joining one of the stash sale groups on Facebook, for buying and selling. There are loads of restrictions here.
Some of the bigger groups are, "Sew It's For Sale", and "Fabric Destashing". There is also "Leesa's Fabrics" for buying only. You need to click on "join group" to be able to buy and sell.
