Another vote for the Brother PQ1500. Mechanical, not computerized. Straight stitch @1500 pm, needle threader, auto cutter, 9" harp. I *love* this machine. You can find them used for about half of MSRP on CL, and sometimes even lower. Put the word out to your friends and LQS that you're in the market, oftentimes when people who have been thinking of upgrading will seize the moment.
