Welcome, DKrenek. Nice looking machine. It looks like you may be missing the adapter (or attachment foot) for some of those attachments. More than likely those are Greist attachments and a manual can be found at
https://www.sil.si.edu/DigitalCollec.../sil10-215.pdf On page 8 of the pdf shows the attachment foot and then how to attach the binder, hemmers and edgestitcher. I'm guessing that you won't find much info on your particular machine as there were so many made in Japan. I'm guessing probably it was made in the mid-1950s. Many of the 15 clone machines do not have a JA or JC number, but some do.

A manual for a machine much like yours can be found at https://tinkerbeth2.files.wordpress..../01/morse1.pdf However, that manual shows a drop feed on the bed of the machine, which the General does not have.
