I have one too. I actually was given it for free as i liked the table. It has cams too and it had a little booklet which i cant find now.
It was really funny ready what a woman should do before she may sit down and sew (clean house, cook and dress well for husband), this was really in the little booklet.
I havent even set mine up but the belt at a glance looks worn.
How is the machine sewing?
