I do hope your quilt get to the new mom.
I heard a post ofie employee talking to customer yesterday.....of all things the customer have sent a package 1 mile from her location. It was certified how is where the post office is showing it's still in transit and the post office employee explained all packages now being sent and received by the US government take priority over all other mail and the other mail gets stacked up and the government mail and packages go out first....so you may be waiting a while.
