Not anymore. singerco.com used to have serial numbers, but about a year or so ago, singerco.com went away. Now singer.com does not have the information singerco once had. I found

The dates listed with the serial numbers are the date that the serial number was
"allocated" but it wasn't actually made on that date. Also the ismacs link is for
Singer machines and needless to say is not all inclusive.
