Beautiful, I too love the double slice pattern from MSQC. I have made many,many using that pattern. I always cut my own layer cakes.
As a matter of fact I have a top made for our bed, with pillow covers. After I finish my donation quilts for this year I plan to finish it up. I already have several already made made that I alternate.
