Default My LBB Block 30

There comes a time when even the most determined person must admit their limitations and Block 30's cord basket was my time. After trying with 2 different cord types and both looking pretty pitiful, I opted to take a different route. However all of the embroidery on the basket handle made the block pucker. I am hoping that the quilting will force the block to lay flat.

Question----Would you risk it and go on to the next block or would you scrap this one and make the block over with yet another basket attempt?
