On the web you can find a Japanese industrial high shank buttonholer, "YS Star", I think they are compatible with the old domestic high shank models. They manage to fit them to model 66s, but with a bit of adjustment the the presser bar. You can find vintage Necchi buttonholers on ebay and other placed, but I think only some of them are high shank.
