I am also in my early seventies. I recently made four really cute baby quilts which I put in a plastic tub and told my two daughter-in-laws they are for my four grandchildren when they have babies someday! I obviously don't think it's morbid at all! I think someday they will come in very handy and hope they will have a special meaning for my grandchildren!
