Do you mean pinning to hold them in place on the quilt edge ready to sew on? You could try sticking them to strips of contact paper (the stuff you line drawers with). That way the prairie points can be moved to fit more easily. I've never made them so it's just an idea.
Yes, I’m pinning the points on the quilt top. Points facing the center of the quilt. Batting and quilting after that and then will turn right side out. Thank you
