To figure out which Singer sewing machine you have,
https://www.sandman-collectibles.com...r-machines.htm will walk you through to identify your machine. Sometimes, the serial numbers listed at
http://ismacs.net/singer_sewing_mach...-database.html don't match the machine model. Sometimes one has misread the serial number and consequently think they have a different machine based on the serial number. This is particularly true with "G" serial numbers. However, even knowing this, I saw a 66 red head machine once, and quadruple checked the serial number on the machine to the serial number list, but it wasn't listed as the model for that serial number. I knew what a 66 looked like and I knew that only the 66 had Red Head decals.
