I just took in one of my FW for a good tune up a week ago and I love my service/repair man. It is perfect now and he only charged me $60 for the cleaning and tune up. I bought in a Brothers 1500se about 6 months ago and he had a bit more work to do on it and changed a part in the tension. That only cost me $65. Everyone else around me charges beginning at $85 for basic turn ups. He too cares about he customers. I wouldn't trade him for nothing. Call out to all repair persons.
