They don't look like they fit a Free machine. The easiet way to tell is that Free ( and New Home made by Free) have a narrower clamp bar than White, National, or Standard. And this foot looks like the space is the wider style.
The other easy way to tell, is what the shirr plate/underhemmer looks like. It is unique for each machine, but I can't really see it in the picture.
I'll have to see if I can dig up pictures of the different ones.
