My son asked for a flannel quilt. If I am going to go through this effort, can you recommend a high quality flannel line? And a decent pattern. It will be well used for sleeping so will need to be strong. I understand it is going to be a pain to work with but I will do my best. I made him one when he left for college. He is now married with two kids and today told me he would love another flannel quilt. He told me he put the one I made him in a cedar chest to save because it is so threadbare. Honestley that was about 15 years ago, and I probably did not know what I was doing then!!! I even forgot I made it! Possible Christmas present.
