So far, I have only made quilts I give away with Moda Flannel and have been very pleased. I trust Moda and when I put that much effort into a quilt, I don't want it to go threadbare, so I purchase their fabric.

I have used Joanne flannel in the quilt club I'm part of for their charity quilts (the fabric was donated). I wasn't impressed with how thin it was.

I prewash and dry on hot before I use the flannel just in case.
