I,also wear readers on top of my bifocals. I do hand appliqué plus counted cross stitch and they have worked well for me. And they are much more reasonable to purchase than the specialized ones I’ve seen advertised. My eyes are worse than many people so you might give them a try before spending lots of money. Find a place where you can try the different strengths before making a purchase.
