Sheilar & Karon, thanks so much. I just ..Aneela Hoey's work. This particular pattern and a few others are not available on her site (comfortstitching). They are included in a book:
Stitched Sewing Organizers: Pretty Cases, Boxes, Pouches, Pincushions & More that she authored. I found her page first but liked several patterns and figured it would be less expensive and I wouldn't have to mess with printing patterns (and ..!!! don't get me started on that in a house full of teens lol). I ordered it without being able to look through it. I'm SO glad I did...worth every penny and more. I've not looked at the other books she has but may put those on my B-day list soon. The actual name of this pattern is the Two-in-One Case. Please let me know if I can be of assistance if you need more details or whatever.
