Default Queen Treadle Update

I posted about this machine back when I picked it up

And while I was out picking up one machine...

It's been on the workbench, apart, quite a while, and I finally put it back together. I was certain when I first looked that it was missing a thread tension checking part, Leon assured me it was not, and he was correct. I have attached pictures of how the thread tension check works, the first picture shows the equivalent of a check spring circled in blue, the next shows inside the faceplate, the red circled tab moves up and down as the machine cycles and pushes out on the blue circled plate which releases the tension disk on the outside of the faceplate (the blue circled part). Very different from what I'm used to seeing.

When it came time to test sewing, the thread kept breaking if I picked up any speed, until I tried a new needle and then I could make same RPMs, most of them even turning the machine in the correct direction!
