u can also use freezer paper to stabilize a fabric label so you can write on it... or the freezer paper can be used for patterns or applique... I use it to make bib patterns and I iron it onto the fabric and cut out bibs for the local charity.
Freezer paper is wonderful tool used by quilters to quilt.
