I may be wrong, but my guess is that the Elna jubilee is roughly between 1980-1985 range.
My assumption is based on my google searches;
Firstly, I found that it looks very similar to the Elna Air Electric and Elna 500, and so I am estimating it to be around their time period.
Secondly, I found this youtube video [
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-d9ynU0QRAE] and that at time 0:25-0:26 you see a number saying 1934-1984.
This is simply a calculated guess, so take the 1980-1985 range with a grain of salt.
It could very well be older or newer and that I was wrong in my research.
