Goodness me, Irishmom, no AC at all! We don't have central AC, and use window units and fans in every room. They are effective and get the job done, but when it gets over 95° outside, we know!
I think we would have been at my parents or sisters if not for the window unit. It is hot and humid! Even overnight the "feels like" is hovering around 80!
But luckily it is not allergy time -- at least the days when it was cooler I wasn't sneezing all the time!
But a new unit has been picked and will be installed soon!
